To limit interaction with the public, Bomar’s retail shop is closed until April 19th at the earliest in line with government guidelines. Until that date orders are only being sent by courier and collection at our premises is no longer an option.
Please note that due to an unprecedented surge in demand there will inevitably be some delay in sending out your order or some items may be temporarily out of stock. If we expect the item back in we will place it on backorder for you, or we can issue you a refund.
We are seeing mixed problems with supply which are now widespread across many items. We endeavour to keep the site updated with the stock situation but there may be issues with availability. We continue to operate with high levels of general stock but are seeing demand for some items increased by as much as 500% and this is inevitably creating problems. Of particular note are bottles and sprays/pumps and other items that have been reported in the press as being helpful as materials or as bases for home sanitisation and personal sanitisation products. This includes Aloe Vera gel (all grades), antibacterial products generally including many essential oils (especially Tea Tree, Thyme, Clove, Eucalyptus, etc.).

Likewise, the couriers have experienced huge volume increases so there can be delays there too.
We enjoy high levels of co-operation from all our suppliers and have good logistics links but we are faced with unique circumstances and can only respond to available solutions.
Our priority is to focus on shipments of stock orders and on the replenishment of stocks and this may mean that sample requests and other non-order related enquiries have to take second place.
