We use Paypal’s industry-leading secure system to process payments. You don’t need a Paypal account to pay this way. The system works just like any other merchant payment system. PLEASE NOTE: Payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of placing your order, else your order will be cancelled. You must include your order number with your payment. Please ensure your payment is made IN FULL and allows for any fees charged by your bank. Bank transfers received without an order number or in the wrong amount may be refused and returned to the sender. Orders paid by bank transfer may take additional time to dispatch.

We also accept orders by telephone and by email. We strive to ship orders within one business day of receipt, but during busy times it may take longer. Please see our Delivery Information page for up-to-date shipping and turnaround times.
If you need to make changes to any order submitted online it is best to give us a call at the above contact numbers.
While we try to maintain a constant stock of all of our items, we do sometimes run out. We will make every effort to update the site immediately to reflect this, but occasionally, orders do slip through. If this should happen, we will simply delete the out-of-stock item from your order, refund the purchase price of the item, and process your order as normal. We will also notify you by email.
Returns & Cancellations
We will accept returns of unused products within seven days of purchase. To return a product, please contact us via email for instructions on how to handle the return. Do NOT send any items back to us without prior arrangement. Your statutory rights are not affected.
In the unlikely event you receive an incomplete, damaged or incorrect order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. In the event of damage, you must retain all packaging. We will ask for photos in order to submit a claim to our carrier.
Cancellation must be made within seven days of ordering. Refunds for cancelled orders will be provided within 30 days of cancellation. Return postage for any cancelled order is the responsibility of the buyer.
While we strive to maintain the lowest possible prices at all times, it occasionally becomes necessary for us to raise our prices based on the rising prices of our raw materials. We reserve the right to do this without notice. Our prices are displayed with VAT of 23% where applicable (some items are not subject to VAT. If you are VAT registered in a country other than Ireland, please send an email and we will contact you for details which will allow us to ship without VAT).
We ship all Irish & UK orders by courier parcel service (whether to a domestic or business address) which requires a signature for delivery. A telephone number is also required in the event of the courier company have difficulty finding your address or for any other reason. Ideally we would like to have 2 contact numbers.
Please ensure you have the address in correctly as this will be copied exactly for the label. There may be additional delivery charges for redirected parcels where the incorrect address was supplied.
We are happy to ship internationally and strive to keep shipping fast and affordable.
Orders are shipped daily, Monday through Friday. Apart from extremely isolated areas, the couriers should deliver next business day in Ireland from leaving Bomar. International parcels will take an extra day or 2 depending on destination

Secondary Carriers and Forwarding Agencies
If a customer chooses to use their own carrier or forwarding agency, Bomar Aromatherapy is not liable or responsible for any loss or damage incurred once the order is in possession of said carrier or agency. Once the parcel has been signed for by the secondary carrier or forwarding agency, our liability ends.
Our prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable VAT. We will supply a VAT invoice with each order.
If you have a valid EU VAT number or you are having your goods shipped to a non-EU country, please email us with these details with your order so that we can update your account and ensure that VAT will not be added.
Please note that all VAT-exempt orders MUST be delivered to the physical address of the owner of the VAT number. We can not ship a VAT-exempt order to an alternate address.

Our products are for external use only. While all of our fragrance oils are toiletry grade, some can be harmful to skin and eyes in an undiluted from, so please take precautions when handling them. Please be aware that essential oils and fragrance oils are not perfumes and should not be applied directly to skin. Refer to the MSDS for proper handling, disposal, and safe usage limits.
Bomar Limited accepts no responsibility for the mishandling or misuse of any of our products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to test compatibility before proceeding with manufacture using our raw materials and/or packaging materials. Bomar Limited cannot be held liable for products made using our raw materials or packaging materials.
Please be aware that when buying goods on the internet, you are entering into a legally binding contract. The contract between the customer and Bomar Limited begins once an order has been paid for by the customer. If you feel you have made an error when placing your order, please contact us so that we can make the correction. Irish laws are applicable.
