Wild harvested, this oil is handpicked & then lightly pressed to produce a golden-red tinted oil. Rosehips are known to have a vast vitamin A & E content hence its popularity in formulations. It is a diuretic oil containing trans-retinoic acid which carries many a therapeutic property. Using pure rosehip oil is reported to help repair damaged skin of all sorts including helping with scars, including acne scars and old scars. It can also be used to treat eczema, skin burns (including sunburn) and rehydrate dry skin. It can also be of benefit to dry, mature skin and has even been known to reduce wrinkles!

This is the refined rosehip oil and is golden in colour- also available is Organic Cold-Pressed Rosehip which has a red hue.
